I want to Upload King Kong Vs. The US Army cuz it is my favorite MJTP song but it’s on another computer that no longer has intranetz.  Maybe one day.

Pere Ubu. What can I say. They are artsy. Too artsy on occasion. Sometimes just artsy enough.

This song is pretty straightforward and is one of my favorites from them. A good intro for sure.

yep.  Joe Strummer filled in for him a bit on tour and this particular song is from Waiting For Herb the first album without their famous, alcoholic, zombie-esque front man .

Highlife is good times. Africa gets a lot of shit from the wrest of the world for being so supposedly awful but I think that is just cuz most people don’t understand that there are multiple countries on that continent and that some of those countries produce some of the finest food, architecture, beer, people and music that this world has to offer.

This band is Ghanan. Ghana makes loads of good stuff.
